Vibes is an Optical Vibe Machine with the same lush, pulsating, three-dimensional swirling sound that we all worship, equipped with some new features that maximize the versatility of this beauty, making it capable to work with any pickup, drive or instrument. Just plug it in your favorite instrument and feel the Vibes!

In The Loop

Instead of using the traditional signal chain and connect all the pedals in the front of the amp, you can connect modulation and time effects using the amplifiers FX Loop.

An effects loop allows you to place pedals after the pre-amp stage.

In that way you don’t feed the pre-amp section of the amplifier with modulation and time effects.

Because there is no right or wrong, you can always connect your pedals the traditional way.

Maybe you like it better this way or this result suite better a particular amplifier.

Controls

1. Rate - Sets the speed of the LFO. The miniature green LED will blink to the tempo, even in bypass mode.
2. Intensity - Controls how intense the overall effect is.
Counterclockwise from 12 O'clock are the more subtle, classic sounds. Clockwise from 12 O'clock are the more drastic and intense sounds.
3. Colour - Affects the overall sound. Turn it clockwise for a fuller sound with more lows, bring it back for a thinner, more midrange focused tone.
4. Deep - Controls the low end pulse. It may not be noticeable right away on the bridge pickup, but switch to the neck or add some dirt and it comes alive. Clockwise for more, dial it back for less. Works best when the Colour control is set to a warmer tone.
5. Volume - Controls the volume of the effect. Unity is around 1 o’clock. Be careful! Tones of Volume, everything above 1 o’clock is boost.

Switching

This device is true bypass. Audio will pass without power.

Power

This device takes a standard 9 to 18 volt DC power supply with a 2.1mm negative center barrel. We always recommend pedal-specific, transformer-isolated wall-wart power supplies or multiple isolated-output supplies. Pedals will make extra noise if there is ripple or unclean power. Switching-type power supplies, daisy chains and non-pedal specific power supplies do not filter dirty power as well and let through unwanted noise. DO NOT RUN AT HIGHER VOLTAGES!
